IT Services Pricing for Businesses

The cost of MGK Tech services varies according to the number of assets, the locations involved, the characteristics of the devices and the activities required.

For the more standardised services, it is possible to provide an indicative price reference, while more complex projects are quoted according to the actual characteristics of the required work.

The prices shown below are indicative and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Indicative prices for our main IT services

IT asset audit	On request	Asset inventory and collection of the relevant technical information. Pricing can be defined per location, per day or according to the number of assets.
Corporate PC collection and decommissioning	On request / per lot	Inventory, handling, pallet preparation, collection and transport of the devices.
IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)	On request	Management of end-of-life IT assets, from intake through to assessment and definition of the final disposition route.
PC rollout and IMAC	On request per workplace or project	Hardware replacement and restoration of data to the new workplaces according to the activities agreed with the customer.
Onsite IT support	From €150 + VAT / day	Onsite technical support with activities defined according to the customer’s operational requirements.

How is the quotation calculated?

The final cost is defined according to the actual characteristics of the project, including the quantity and type of assets, the number of locations involved, the condition of the devices, the technical activities required and the collection or intervention arrangements.

For IT asset collection, decommissioning or value-recovery projects, it is useful to provide, where available, a list of the devices together with the main information on their configuration and condition.

This information allows an initial assessment of the project to be carried out. More detailed checks can subsequently be completed during the inventory and technical assessment activities.
